O governo já está buscando nomes para substituí-lo na pasta. Os cotados para a vaga são os deputados Aldo Rebelo (PC do B-SP) e Luciana Santos (PC do B-PE) e Flávio Dino (PC do B-MA).
Orlando afirmou que quem demite ou nomeia ministro é a presidente Dilma. “Não dou nenhum passo sem a orientação da presidente”, disse em mensagem enviada por celular.
A situação de Orlando se agravou ontem (25), data em que o STF (Supremo Tribunal Federal) iniciou, de fato, as investigações de um suposto envolvimento do ministro na pasta. E após a Folha revelar que em julho de 2006 Orlando assinou um despacho que reduziu o valor que a ONG do policial militar João Dias Ferreira precisava gastar como contrapartida para receber verbas do governo, permitindo que o policial continuasse participando de um programa social do ministério.
