O TRF-5 (Tribunal Regional Federal da 5ª região), com sede em Recife (PE), suspendeu nesta sexta-feira a liminar da Justiça Federal no Ceará que anulava 13 questões do Enem (Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio) em todo o país.
De acordo com a decisão, só serão anuladas as questões para os 639 alunos do Colégio Christus, de Fortaleza. Desse modo, a nota desses estudantes será recalculada. O MEC ainda não se pronunciou.
A decisão foi tomada pelo presidente do tribunal, Paulo Roberto de Oliveira Lima. O recurso contra a liminar (decisão temporária) foi impetrado ontem pela AGU (Advocacia Geral da União).
O MEC (Ministério da Educação) havia cancelado toda a prova dos alunos da escola de Fortaleza (CE), que teriam tido acesso antecipado as 13 questões, por meio de uma apostila distribuída dez dias antes do Enem.
A decisão de anular as questões em todo o país foi tomada segunda-feira (31) pela Justiça Federal no Ceará, atendendo pedido do Ministério Público Federal no Estado. Para o procurador Oscar Costa Filho, ao cancelar as provas apenas para um grupo de alunos, o MEC tratou de forma regional um problema nacional.
