Na semana passada foi denunciado a descoberta de um cemitério clandestino de remédios em Matões, administrada pela mãe do deputado imberbe Rubens Pereira Júnior (PCdoB), Suely Pereira (PSB). A população desconfia que os remédios eram comprados com o prazo de validade perto de vencer porque eram mais baratos e por isso tinham de ser logo descartados. Na terça-feira, o ex-deputado e prefeito de fato da cidade, Rubens Pereira, pai do deputado comunista, foi à Câmara se explicar. Sem ter o que dizer, ele culpou a direção da Vigilância Sanitária do município. Disse que a prefeitura abriu um procedimento interno para apurar o caso.
