A AGU (Advocacia-Geral da União), em nome do Ministério da Educação, recorrerá nesta quinta-feira (3) da decisão da Justiça Federal no Ceará, que anulou 13 questões do Enem (Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio) de 2011. A ação deve ser entregue pelo ministro Fernando Haddad, que irá a Fortaleza.
Haddad vai argumentar que o ideal é que o exame seja aplicado aos 639 alunos da escola cearense que tiveram acesso às questões, e não adotar a anulação total do Enem. Para o governo, a anulação das 13 questões de um total de 180 contidas no Enem prejudicará a grande maioria dos estudantes que fizeram a prova.
O pedido de cancelamento dos itens foi feito pelo Ministério Público Federal do Ceará depois da constatação de que alunos do Colégio Christus, de Fortaleza, tiveram acesso antecipado a 13 questões do exame. A ação se refere às questões aplicadas nos dias 22 e 23 de outubro. O Enem vale 1.000 pontos, mas se as questões forem anuladas, o valor de cada item terá de ser reavaliado, segundo especialistas.
Ontem (1º), o Ministério da Educação e o Inep (Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais) reforçaram a intenção de recorrer da decisão da Justiça Federal por avaliar que a sentença definindo a anulação total do exame foi desproporcional.
