A conselheira Fátima Avelino teve suas despesas de viagem para a IX Conferência Estadual de Assistência Social realizada em São Luís pagas pela Prefeitura Municipal de Imperatriz. Atualmente Fátima Avelino é vice-presidente do Conselho Municipal de Assistência Social.
Um fato que chama a atenção é que o marido da vereadora, Sr. Zigomar Costa Avelino, possui um imóvel locado (sem licitação) para a Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Social, logo, poderia a vereadora Fátima Avelino ser considerada uma fornecedora?
Convém ainda lembrar que a vereadora possui verba de Gabinete, que é uma fonte de custeio de despesas destinadas para satisfazer custos operacionais no exercício da função, como combustível, telefone, despesas de hospedagem e alimentação em viagens.
Não podemos afirmar que o pagamento das diárias pela prefeitura é ilegal, porém é no mínimo imoral que um vereador, por qualquer motivo que seja, tenha suas despesas pagas pelo órgão que deveria fiscalizar.
Cada vez mais os poderes Executivo e Legislativo de Imperatriz se tornam mais harmônicos e coniventes com a malversação de recursos…
