Advogados insatisfeitos com subseção da OAB de Bacabal
Um grupo de advogados planeja externar o descontentamento com a gestão da subseção da OAB da cidade de Bacabal. Presidida por Agnelo Rodrigues, a entidade funciona numa sala emprestada pelo Fórum de Justiça. Essa é a principal reclamação dos causídicos que tentam dar visibilidade à entidade. Enquanto preparam o documento que será apresentado à Imprensa eles questionam o fato do presidente da Subseção não evidar esforços para a construção da sede própria.
– Há alguns anos o município doou um terreno em um local privilegiado e até hoje não temos a nossa sede. Nem sabemos mais se esse terreno ainda pertence à nossa entidade, já que nunca tomamos posse de fato – critica um dos advogados que prefere não se identificar unilateralmente, diz que o grupo terá mais voz.
O terreno doado para a OAB fica nas proximidades da Praça Chagas Araújo, no centro da cidade.
