Ex-goleiro do Flamengo é condenado.
Dois anos e nove meses após o assassinato de Eliza Samudio e reviravolta em versões, o 1º Tribunal do Júri de Contagem (MG) condenou na madrugada desta sexta-feira (8) o goleiro Bruno Fernandes de Souza, 28, pelo homicídio da sua ex-amante, aos 25 anos.
A informação foi confirmada pela defesa do jogador. A sentença ainda é lida pela juíza Marixa Rodrigues. O goleiro pediu para não ser filmado nem fotografado durante a leitura da sentença em por isso, o Tribunal proibiu as imagens no plenário.
Os mesmos sete jurados (cinco mulheres e dois homens) que condenaram o ex-jogador do Flamengo absolveram, a pedido do Ministério Público, a ré Dayanne de Souza, 25, ex-mulher de Bruno. “Dayanne é a primeira absolvida no caso Bruno”, disse advogado Tiago Lenoir em uma rede social.
Dayanne fora denunciada pelo crime de sequestro e cárcere privado de Bruninho, o filho dela com o goleiro –atualmente com três anos. Contudo, o promotor Henry Wagner Vasconcelos pediu a sua absolvição sob a alegação de que ela era “coagida” por um ex-policial que somente agora está sendo investigado, suspeito de participar da trama.
O crime ocorreu, segundo argumentou a Promotoria, porque Bruno se recusava a pagar pensão ao filho dele com Eliza. Ele ocorreu em 10 de junho de 2010, em Vespasiano (MG).
